Installation crew was outstanding. The Bruno equipment failed at installation. Motherboard had to be replaced several times, as well as other problems. After several weeks delay, the entire lift, chair and rail had to be taken to installer's shop before finally it worked. Then two weeks after installation the folding section of rail failed. The folding section is not working and we are waiting on parts. You are lucky I didn't give you one star.

The website states that the chair " flows gracefully" and gives "an ultra smooth ride". In our case there are instances of a rumbling and some bumps. Service technician Lindell and the owner of the dealership Craig Lucas have been excellent. They have been here twice and have improved the situation. My concern has been long-term effects. Mr Lucas has assured me that his dealership and Bruno will stand behind any repairs that may have to be made to make things right. THE EXTRA PIECE AT THE BOTTOM, COMES DOWN WITH AN AWFUL CLANG. YOU WOULD THINK ITWAS GOING RIGHT THROUGH THE FLOOR. OTHER THAN THAT IT IS PRETTY GOOD.

The stairlift is a great aid, but doesn't always perform correctly. At times, it will suddenly start beeping for no apparent reason, even after being idle for hours. The slowing mechanism doesn't always work, resulting in jolts when stopping. When using the lift for going up, it sometimes takes 3 attempts to get it to move.

At rare times the chair stops sudsenly on the way down. Perhaps the rack parts are not always lining up as they should? It would be very helpful to have a small pouch to cary some papers up or down or even a way to carry a cane along. Other than that, no problems.

The arm rest too close to the wall still little bit noise too slow coming down going up acceptable

I think that folding rail with it's sharp edges is a very hazardous design. It can cause a grievous injury to someone (not on chair lift, but descending the stairs) who trips and falls against this rail. Besides rail looks industrial (pretty ugly)and very noticeable. I had seen some rail extensions that are retracted INSIDE the main rail, this would have been much better design from all points of view.

The remote as yet not work. 191 Mobility are waiting for a replacement part. Thechair is comfortable and smooth. I like it
