I absolutely love my stair lift. I am no longer confined to the 1st floor of my home anymore. I would come down in the morning and wouldn't be able to get back upstairs until nighttime because of the agonizing pain in my knees. One trip is all I could handle due to the pain. Now thanks to Bruno's stair lift I have my whole home back. I would recommend this stair lift to anybody.

The system that I purchased is basic, no bells or whistles other than the remotes, and that suits me just fine. It is a tremendous help to me to be able to rely on the chairlift(s) to get me where I need to go in my own home. I actually bought two systems for my three-story home, and both are very useful. A caveat: I chose to have one system installed on the side of a staircase where the handrail is located, and this has proved to be a bit problematic, as accommodating the handrail has meant that the chair has two inches less knee-space on the way up and down. When I hold things in my lap to bring them up or down I must take care not to drag the pictures along the wall with me! Although the spacing was explained to me, I didn't realize what an issue it would be...but I am coping with this bit of bother. Good quality, solid materials, no nonsense workhorses...both of my systems. I use the one leading to the lower level of my home anywhere from ten to twelve times a day. I use the one leading to the upper level of my home about seven to ten times a week. Other than the knee-space issue on the one system, (and that was my error in planning) so far so good!
