The Bruno is a great new asset in my home, and is a tremendous help to me. But with the higher seat, I have trouble getting my butt/back fully into the chair, and I Feel unbalanced while traveling up/down the steps. If I were smaller person, maybe the seatbelt would help.

Installed 2 weeks ago and has had no problems. The seat swivel interlock sometimes requires a butt jiggle to engage.

The only thing I'd like to see happen is for the chair to swivel at the bottom of the stairs as for us it's a tight space.

Love the Bruno. Only wish we had a turn at the bottom of the stairs, too. It would make the journey a tad easier. Safe and Secure transportation down and up again. Sales staff was wonderful to work with. Actually it is a 4.9 plus rating.

We love the Bruno except for the noise. Ours makes a loud clicking sound.
