I am generally very pleased with our Bruno Elite straight stairlift. However, I do have some issues: 1) The up/down switch is rather flimsy and precariously placed. A push button type switch would be better. 2) When the chair passes over the rail joint, it is rather jerky. 3) The up charge for different coloured upholstery is prohibitively high. On the positive side, the installers were very professional and friendly.

I find the chair life changing and have had no problems with it. It took longer for the tech to install it but that is ok. He did a good job and it is working great.

The stair lift is good and is operating well. It is still more noisy than we thought it would be since the install.

This device has been a lifesaver for my mom to be able to go up and down our stairs. I am so thankful for this device. The tech was able to get it all set up in less than 3 hours from start to finish. My only request would be for the lever that makes the chair turn be in better place for someone to reach. My mom had a hard time pushing down the lever because it is quite a bit below her. For most people it may not be a problem but an elderly person it can be a challenge.

I have called about a screw exposed and a small rod in the carpet. No one has returned my call.
