Installation was quick. The installer explained how to operate the chairs perfectly. The sells man was courteous also. I only wish I had ordered one chair because it is a little difficult for my (106 yr. old mom) to transition to the second chair. Otherwise it reduces my fear of mom falling on the stairs.

So far so good with the stair chair. Strait line unit, no frills. There is a noticeable but small "bump" where two parts of the rail are joined together and there could be a quieter locking mechanism when the chair is swiveled to get in or out when it locks in place.

The unit travels as advertised. The seat electrical turn function does not lock in position and has substantial play at the position were the person exits. This is a problem when being used. Not what was described by the seller. Other functions are acceptable.

The optional power swivel seat is always in the "locked" position as an actuator holds it in a stopped position. While slight "play" allows a rider to transition getting on/off the seat, it should not be "substantial We will be reaching out to you to hear more details. Thank you for selecting a Bruno!

The guys that put in my Bruno were fantastic. My Bruno is great, except I would prefer that the chair swivel both ways. It will be hard for me to get out of the chair, where it lands down stairs.

The only reason we withhold 1 star is that we received the stair lift over a month later than we were told to expect it. The lift was installed soon after it arrived at the store, and it has worked very well so far. We're very happy to have it.

Overall, the product has been operating very well, the hardware appears solid, no issues in the month we have had it. The installer was knowledgeable and took his time in ensuring that the rail went in correctly. I would recommend this product. The reason why I gave it 4 stars was that the installer, by accident struck my wall with one of the rails and knocked off a small chunk of drywall, which we are fixing, I also would have paid to have 5 supports installed, it is just me, as I look at the long term of the constant use we will do to it, but, I was ensured that four would be enough, time will tell. Again, I would recommend this chair lift.

The installer was very knowledgeable and professional. The stair lift works as expected and now allows some of our elderly members to have access to the 2nd floor of our firehouse. Our only complaint was that it took a couple weeks extra for the lift to be installed due to not receiving the components at the local installer when expected. This did not cause any problems, just not installed when initially scheduled.
