A complete pile of rubbish! £21 for a piece of plastic that looks nothing like the photo you supplied! Please dont waste your money like I did, I put 1 star as it doesn't go any lower! Don't say i didn't warn you! Tatty rubbish is too good a word "AVOID THIS COMPANY"

Complete scam. The item delivered looks nothing like the item advertised. The item also took a long time to be delivered and arrived broken in two pieces. Do not waste your money.

Horrible Experience – Ruined a Special Gift I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was beyond frustrating. I ordered a custom Mother’s Day gift (Order #6685313) with the understanding that it would arrive on time. It didn’t even ship when expected, immediately causing stress about whether it would arrive in time. When the item finally showed up, it was completely unusable. It included the name “Gigi” — something I would never, ever have chosen. My mother is “Grammy,” and this was supposed to be a meaningful gift from my children to their grandmother. Instead, it turned into a disappointing and upsetting situation. The most frustrating part? The complete lack of customer support. Rather than acknowledging the issue or offering any kind of resolution, they simply repeated that the order matched the “confirmation,” with zero understanding or willingness to help. No accountability, no flexibility, and no care for the customer experience. Their customization system is clearly flawed. Pre-filled or “stock” names should never be left in personalization fields—it’s misleading and sets customers up for mistakes like this. Even worse, there are no safeguards to catch obvious inconsistencies before production. Because of this company’s poor design and even worse customer service, my children were unable to give their 81-year-old grandmother the gift they were so excited about. This was not just an order—it was a sentimental moment that was completely ruined. I will not be ordering from this company again, and I strongly caution others to look elsewhere.

Absolutely disgusting, I was charged £7.00 for postage when actually it would not even be no more than a postage stamp due to the size and weight , £20 in total what a absolute scam , I'm returning the product an expect a full refund

Your not getting a 3d gnome your getting a stick with a picture on which looks nothing like the picture on the website Very poor

The goods you get are those shown on the pictures. £26 for a bit of plastic worth about 10p. Do not trust this company they are con artists

Avoid they advertise 3D looking personalised gnomes which are actually tiny flat pieces of plastic which look nothing like the photo. Would cost £2 on Temu or Amazon haul they charge £15-20!
