I just signed up with Brilliant pos and the help and assistance I received so far has been excellent. My account manager responds to my questions right away and made sure I understood the process. Looking forward to see how brilliant pos can help me and my business.

I actually want to give 4.5 stars. This is only because no one person or company is 5 star perfect. There is always room for improvement. We are not completely finished with implementation but so far Brilliant POS has been great in guiding me through what needs to be done. Our Rep from the Sales Team has been very accomodating and has had patience with us during our decision making process even if it seemed they were a little frustrated. I have not have had training yet on the system but I still know we made the right choice for product output and pricing.

We use Brilliant POS for our small business and it has been great for us so far. The system is easy to navigate and any questions we do have are answered promptly. The customer service line is never a long wait to get ahold of a live representative that can walk you through any issues. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is because it is not as easy to sync with quickbooks as they promised.

The whole experience has been pretty easy to operate at my flower shop. Set up, inventory, label printing and use of the register was easy to learn. Customer service helped work out a few small issues we had with the reporting app. I would highly recommend.

We are a non-profit organization that's starting a used bookstore. We're not ready to fully utilize the Flex system because we need to complete a few startup details. However, we are extremely satisfied with Stu Lowry's generous help before and after the sale, answering all of our questions promptly and clearly. So far, Brilliant POS seems to have been the perfect solution.

I spent 28 years upgrading cash registers and creating excel spreadsheets. Finally got with the program and switched to a POS system. I chose Brilliant because I was able to purchase the program outright (instead of monthly "lease" payments). I am not really computer savvy and Aaron spent much time just teaching me the language. After a year working with the system, I'm pleased on a daily basis with the POS. Staff (especially those with limited computer skills) love it. They can't make mistakes unless I haven't programmed properly. ( and it's so easy to fix) Training them to use the system is a piece of cake. No more excel spreadsheets!! The information gathered in the reports is amazing. There are some features that didn't exactly meet the needs of my store but I was able to make alterations to make it work for us.
