I am a new business start up, I spoke to several companies about services for my business. My clover representative, Stu, did great job explaining their product and was very patient with moving things along at the speed I needed. There was no pressure to buy but was always available to answer all my questions.

Brilliant POS and their Sales Team helped me "demystify" POS systems. As a new Business Owner, I had been through about a dozen POS pitches, each trying to upsell me to more system than I needed. Brilliant POS listened. They took the time to understand my business and recommended only the system I needed. I like the flexibility of the system and it can expand as my business grows. There processing rates can not be beat.

The Clover product is great, and the Brilliant representative worked with us to find exactly which product would work for us. Especially important is after purchase we get directly from Brilliant staff. I would choose them again. This is from the American Legion Post 491 in Granbury, Tx.

Brilliant POS, always there to answer my questions. Very nice lady and friendly and great customer service, and this goes to all the team members that I've talked with, won't be able to work with system if it wasn't for them all!

I like the customer service and the system set up is fairly easy. Would appreciate orientation videos be supplied and broken down by use. Specifically related uses needed for a winery setting.
