Briller's customer service is excellent! After ordering a 10 mm necklace, I figured out that that size was too big for the pendant we want to use it with. I contacted customer service asking if I could change it to an 8 mm before the items shipped. They replied quickly and made the change I wanted. They also automatically adjusted the price, including applying the right amount of discount that I had on the first order. Their agent also provided a tip to help me be sure the new width was the correct size for us. I could not ask for better support.

Thank you, Jack. Glad we could get everything adjusted before it shipped and make sure you ended up with the right fit. We really appreciate you taking the time to share this.
