Used Bright Path at my daughter's suggestion after having a good experience with them on their 1st home purchase. Kevin was my agent and did a great job of refinancing my home. He was helpful in answering my questions. Had the 1st refi done in to weeks to close. Had an issue on my end with getting a needed signature on a quick claim deed and had to start over with a new closing date. Between their crew and Phillip the closing attorney we still closed in 3 weeks with cash out. Would use them again. They made it so easy even with my unexpected issue.
