I enjoyed the puzzle, but when I opened the bag I noticed some pieces still stuck together. The back of all the pieces had overhang. I suggest changing the cutting blade frequency.

Puzzle was not all cut. Some very large uncut pieces. On some pieces the print was actually coming off the actual puzzle piece.

We purchased puzzle #2528495, “Movie Buff.” While the print quality and sturdy stock were excellent, we encountered quite a few pieces that were not fully die-cut or not cut at all. Unfortunately, this made the puzzle frustrating rather than fun, as separating pieces often damaged them and interrupted the experience. We would really like to give this puzzle five stars, but these issues took away from both the challenge and enjoyment.

The puzzle was great but there was a piece missing.

Loved the design and fit of the random cut pieces! Three pieces were not cut and the picture easily lifts from the piece when taking apart or putting in place.

Missing a piece. Actually two of same piece in box. Disappointing

I recently received the Brain Tree 9 Pack of puzzles farm living series jigsaw puzzles 4 x 500 pieces & 5 x 300 pieces for Christmas. After completing 4 of the puzzles I realized I got two of the same puzzles ( the parrots ) and am missing one of the cow puzzles ( should be a group of 5 in puzzle. Have loved building them so far just a little disappointed I did not receive one and got two of another instead.

We have the 10 and 1 DecaPuzzle, Christmas series collection. Everything was fine except out of the 10 games we've got two are the same - the Cats and Gifts, 500 piece and no Dogs Xmas, 500 piece. Sooo
