Thank you for taking the time to review! I believe you have the wrong company, as we do not sell jeans. Nonetheless, we appreciate your business and look forward to your feedback on your brace.

The brace helped my arthritis by my thumb area. I wish that it bend a little easier to the shape of my hand n wrist. Bending it was a little hard especially since I have arthritis on my hand.

After prolonged ware the Thumb strap can be uncomfortable. Braces are soft, easy to wear.

Phone ordering process was easy for thumb brace. Product is easy to wear and less obtrusive than other brands. But cost is prohibitive-do you market to insurance plans for reimbursement?
Response from BraceLab· Sep 8, 2025
Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your experience with the MetaGrip. We’re glad to hear you found the ordering process simple and the brace comfortable to wear. We understand your concern about cost. While we don’t bill insurance directly, many customers have submitted a claim to their insurance plans for possible reimbursement.
