Mr. Conradt & Staff conducted their initial consult, providing me with the ultimate gift... honest reflection & transparency was delivered with regards to their abilities given the tax situation I presented. Clear and concise feedback for "next steps" & given my situation, this was the relief I had previously overspent personal resources trying to obtain clarity on. Thank you for your candor & more importantly, efficient assistance, thus allowing me to gain further insight into the realms of navigating the vast IRS parameters. More specifically with regards to facilitating assistance via a Tax Payer's Advocate to address tackling the couple of years of back taxes owed, due to accountant errors & gross neglect from falsely advertised as "professional services" rendered prior to our consult. I started working with Tom and his team about a year ago regarding a complex tax assessment issue I was facing as I moved through a divorce. I also needed to file taxes on my own for the first time and wanted to work with one company inclusive and aware of all issues. I’m thankful to have found Boxelder Consulting and am so happy to report the looming tax issue is now correctly resolved in my favor and two years of taxes successfully filed as well. I called Boxelder Consulting, and spoke to Tom Conradt. It was at the end of the day, and he answered all our questions. After getting off the phone I was extremely surprised, and felt good about our situation. The patience he demonstrated over the phone and the knowledge, was so helpful. Tom, Mason and the whole team have been incredibly helpful as I've worked to get my business more organized and on track. Not only do they take care of all the details with a level of scrutiny that I can trust and know everything is being done right, they also take the time to clearly explain my options help me understand how to best take advantage of those options. It is well worth it to know that I don't have to stress over the details or try to understand and adhere to our overly complicated tax system by myself.
