I ordered earbuds july 30th. Its now august 13th and they are still in transit. I tried to get in contact with customerservive but no response. Do not buy from this company, they don’t deliver!!!

Terrible customer service. Found a better pair at a better price and began the return process of unopened box. Had to provide photos, explanation, return tracking number, pay for return of item and they still withheld "restocking fee". Must have had at least 4 threads of emails with them before they even pointed that out. DON'T BUY! If you're not satisfied, you will pay. There are too many other better ear buds on the market.

They claim they left my package in my safe place on my front porch!!! It's completely open with nowhere to put anything!! Zero contact phone number always by email mail.. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

Do not touch this company. My experience ….ear buds stop working after a month; they tell me they cannot replace after 14 days; I complain they say the same. I write a poor review so they contact me and apologise, ask me to take the review down and will replace the buds for me . Problem is I have replaced them by now and ask for a refund. That was a week ago. No response since. Quality of product is very poor and the customer service is even worse. Go search elsewhere for a decent experience .

They pop out of my ears and will not respond to my request to return them. Emailed them twice within their 14-day policy with no response. Don’t bother with these.

It won't allow for less than a one. These are cheap brand earbuds they label Boudio and charge way more than they are worth. I paid $60 through the website and got a pair of XY-17 earbuds that are cheap China made generic earbuds sold at Walmart, Amazon, Alibaba and all the other sites. Horrible customer service. They won't pay for a return. Didn't even deny they sell generic buds. Reported to FDC and BBB

Build quality is questionable and feels cheap, definitely not what you would expect for the £100 price tag. Secondly, the earbuds only connected for the first 24 hours and now they will not connect to any device. Avoid this suspected scam at all costs and stay with well known brands.
