After purchase and paying 30$ shipping i was asked to pay an additional 200$ shipping. Almost 50 percent of the cost of the part. No thanks

Considering that I ordered my products over a week ago and they were supposed to be delivered by Friday 5/29 and it’s not Monday 6/1 and the website still shows unfulfilled in the status bar, I am very unsatisfied at the moment. Really don’t appreciate spending over $1,000 to have an order unfulfilled after it was already supposed to have been delivered.

Gloves I bought were rotten! Fell apart and made my hands turn black. Must have been on the shelf for years or exposed to the elements.

I bought a pair of boots from you, and I received an email stating that the package had been left in my mailbox; however, I couldn't find anything—the mailbox was empty.

Took four business days for them to tell me they sold the item I ordered. Then offered me to special order the item for a increased price and more shipping

Ordered my manual on April 8th I’ve received no updates on when it will ship
