Matt and Jeremy provide excellent service, with a wide knowledge of how to fix problems. Service tends to be fast, with some replies even taking a couple seconds! They are very prompt, and better than any other host I have used.

Having been in the Minecraft server industry for over 10 years, I've had my fair share of trying a bunch of hosts across each server I've launched. Bloom has been my go-to host when it comes to choosing a dedicated server, their support times have been unmatched - I'm genuinely talking 1 minute is the best I got for a reply within their Discord. Insane! I switched to Bloom after terrible networking issues with my previous host and constant complaints from players, switching to Bloom solved these issues and I've not had any issues since. Give them a go!

Pick your plan, setup your server, forget about it. They will assist you if you need any help, but otherwise the product speaks for itself. It just works, and we never have any issues. Thanks, fellas.
