I have only "ordered" my blinds so far, but am tremendously impressed w/ customer service responsiveness!! I made a mistake in understanding the spending threshold for a promotional discount, which I had not met. From a single email, they instantly made a courtesy discount to my credit card order payment just to make me happy. No questions back or other frustrating delay, 8:05 am, my problem was erased. A.I. offered Blindster as their #1 recommendation for the tdbu honeycomb blinds I wanted, in the exact measurements & color I wanted, with great reviews. I can certainly see why they are so highly regarded!!
