The idea behind the product is good, but the tap technology is immature. Many many many taps are missed and not recognized. Therefore the measurement is invalid. You cannot set targets and reliably measure because the tap technology is unreliable. Also the number of training options out of the box is minimal. It relies on a trainer using this technology to create custom workouts. So I am dissatisfied in general and considering returning the product. For the price tag one would expect a high quality product, which this is not

Ordered trainer kit. I got defective kit. Took too much time to explain issue as nö call Support. It's mentioned on site that there is 24×7 Support which is misleading as no such Support. I would have given 1 rating but finally replacement Was provided so giving 2 rating. But need them to improve their process to resolve customer issues quickly rather than asking customer to go here n there for support

Received my Blaze Pod purchase really quick; no complaint here. However, I received no welcome letter with instructions of its use, how to charge it (I started charging each pod individually until this morning i figured out how it goes). I got no information about guarantee; not even a telephone number for customer service! Nothing!!! Not only I need information, I need help with its use and programs.

Everything about this product feels like a money grab. If you want to try the product you’ll have to spend $200+. Chargers not included in a regular purchase sold separately for $30. Kits and adapters are sold separately. Cases sold separately. Just wanted to try the product and was strongly advised not to buy just one pod.

Love the concept of the product. However, in just a couple of months we have had to warranty out 3 of the blaze pods after normal , indoor, not excessive use. All 3 times it had to do with the charging pieces. I appreciate that they get the warranty but long term with this quality they will not serve their purpose for us unless this issue is fixed.

I bought these to do the “reaction training” as per the video on the wall. They do not register each touch and routinely fail to perform as advertised. I have tried to get support but have only been told to “wait for software updates” and it has been around a month and nothing has happened. Extremely disappointing that basic functionality does not work. Also extremely disappointing that the issue has still not be addressed and I can use them. My recommendation - don’t buy these.
