I am not great 'online.' I guess I missed the opportunity to "sign up" two pets at the same time. Instead, I made separate attempts. 'Hope I did a correct and OK job for my cats, BOOTS and TUFFY.

it was easy to enroll. however, i entered "retired" in the space that asked for the job code, and this may have crashed the application, which later, froze. i had to restart and leave that entry blank. then it all worked fine.
