Everything was well done

Being a senior citizen, I am not computer smart , so I was messing up the easy way pet parents can order this insurance. Now I have peace of mind and you can too. I am very thankful I have this insurance because I never know when I would need it for my fur baby.

Entering the second pet was not as smooth as expected. The system did not save the initial entries for the first pet and had to re-enter a couple of times to add both pets. Once everything was entered it was smooth sailing after that. Now the real test comes when and if I have to use the policy.

I have not yet turned in a claim yet so really can’t rate yet. I am a new customer along with my dog Bruiser. Hoping not to use y’all much as I want a healthy pet!!

It was ok to sign up online but it would of been better if l could of talk to someone instead

The online experience was over all easy.

It was easy enough to sign up. I would rather you could print out the insurance card right away for proof etc. so far I’m nit sure if I like it or not as I haven’t utilized it yet
