A few ups and downs with delivery but customer service always helps and quickly!

I really enjoy my Birchbox membership. I have been able to try products I have never heard of without having to spend a lot of money. There have been a lot of fails (firming serums, etc) but I have found a few really great products. I plan to continue my membership. The only thing that gives me reservation is the beautiful box the products come in every month. The boxes are really good quality and I hate to have to throw them out. I can only recycle at home to a limited time and then they will have to go out in the recycling bin. They just seem too nice to do so. Perhaps a little less extravagant packaging?

Nice to have something special for you each month especially when you work hard deserve a surprise. The girl stuff is fun .

I love that you can earn points. They have a lot of offers that save you money. I have called them a few times and they are quick to fix my problem with no hassle.

If you like trying things before buying them this is for you!

I have greatly enjoyed the design of the birch box boxes. No other company does quite the nice presentation. I would however wish the clients had more then just one option to choose from for their monthly subscriptions. Give the incentive for buying a year at a time like picking 2-3 items per box per month, or a whole month of just client specific picks from the sample shop.
