It works immediately!?
It works immediately!?! I have been struggling with sleep due to severe anxiety. Last night, after dinner, my husband and I had taken the recommended dose. This morning we woke up and can't believe how well we slept. We woke up in a good mood! I want to go into more detail so I will make a YouTube video after a month of using this Magnesium. As you age and all of our environmental toxins out there, our digestion is challenged on a daily basis. After I listened to a Ben Greenfield Podcast and learned about the P3-Om product, I thought I give it a try. I wasn't disappointed. The product helped enormously with bloating that I sometimes get. It works wonderfully with your gut to maintain balance when distressed. I just ordered their enzymes to assist even further with my issues of bloating.
