Hi Karmine, Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us! We understand how important this was to your workflow. We would be upset too. However, we wanted you to know that over the last months, we’ve been implementing a new system to help to avoid these situations. We agree, there are always things to improve and we are working on that every day. If there is anything we can help you with now, please let us know, we are just an email away! Best!

Hey! Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us! We understand how important this was to your workflow, we would be upset too. 😔 However, we wanted you to know that over the last months, we’ve been implementing a new system to help to avoid these situations and reduce the response time from our team. We agree, there are always things to improve and we are working on that every day! Again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience you have faced and we look forward to providing a much better experience with your new tasks! 🎈 Thank you for trusting us💜

Hi John, Thanks for sharing your experience and bringing this issue to our attention. Definitely, it is upsetting for us to hear that you felt a lack of information about the process, as we do send email notifications to our clients. However, only the billing user gets these notifications, so we suppose there were wrong settings on your brand account. We hope these situations won’t repeat, so if anytime you have any issues, please let us know and we’ll do our best to avoid such inconveniences. Despite that, we are very glad to hear you were satisfied with the final result! If you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to let us know. We are just an email away! Best wishes😊

Courtney, we are grateful for your feedback - it is very important to us! To understand our position in this case - we do have an app which is made for creators, yet we can only offer a web version of Billo now - it is a great suggestion for us to make an app for brands as well in the future, we will pass this idea to the Team.🙂 We do not offer chat for brands to connect with creators as we want to make the process easier for you - without thousands of messages explaining every detail. Our customer support median response time is an hour, yet to give you information about creators might take time as we are contacting them ourselves as soon as we get a message from you. We are deeply sorry you had to occur issues using the platform, but we will take every word of feedback into consideration and will improve our process! Thank you for your patience 💜
