Chris at customer service was great. The pool cue rack arrived damaged and he ordered a replacement part that was received within a week. I am happy with this product.

After being sent a defective cue, I called expecting to battle. To my unexpected surprise the process took minutes. Customer service had a new cue on the way before the end of the day. The defective cue came from the factory as such, not their fault at all... Thank you!

Representative got my last name and email wrong at time of purchase, I was unable to get tracking info because of this. Issue was corrected with a call back.
