Speedy, and average quality
The product arrived quickly, but the plush covering is already coming off in some places. Ribbon is pretty cheap. Overall, it will be adequate as more of a gag gift than a forever product.

I researched your order and see that instead of the free shipping, you had selected guaranteed 3-day delivery and added custom personalization of the neck ribbon, which takes a day for us to do. Although we would have shipped via a less costly shipping service that takes about 5 to 7 days had you selected the "Free" shipping, we totally understand that every penny counts these days, so as a courtesy, we have already refunded ALL of shipping cost for this order.
