The process for getting our Bift's out was amazing. Constance stayed in touch, gave updates and was great every step of the way. Our staff loved everything! We will definitely be using Bifties again.

The item I initially wanted was out of stock but I was offered an email notification to inform me when the item was in stock again. Once the Item was in stock I was notified. When placing the order, I emailed Customer Service with a question and received a response within 24 hours. Quicker than I expected. I placed my order and the item was at my house before I had a chance to track the item and wonder when it would be received. The service and item ordered were great.

We loved our experience with Bifties! I ordered 15 boxes for a corporate event and I cannot say how pleased I am. The boxes were shipped quickly and the number of compliments I received on the "boxing" alone was worth the purchase. Each of our panelists were excited to receive a box filled with the incredible goodies and others have asked for Bifties' website for their own future gifting. Further, the founder and CEO Constance reached out to ensure that we received the order in a timely fashion, since we ordered with not a lot of room to spare.
