Needed a time-critical COVID 19 test for travel to Cyprus. Very good helpful communication from Better2Know. Test processed by The Doctors Laboratory in London, Results back within 24hrs.

Honestly I can’t thank Better2know enough, especially the customer service manager who went beyond the call of duty to ensure my Covid19 test results were back in time and all correct for my travel. She even went as far as to come to work early to process the results for me! Now who does that?! Superb customer service and in these uncertain times it means the world! I can now go on holiday and it’s all thanks to her! I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone wanting excellent customer service and really super fast test results!

Received my covid anti body blood test kit very quickly after ordering, one of my reletives who is a professional took my blood for me and i received my results within 2 days of posting it back! Brilliant service!

I would highly recommend Better2Know to anyone! They are professional, caring, with a quick turnaround and always on the other end of the phone whenever you need them. Special mention to Margaret who really does go above and beyond to make it calm and stress free. We did the Covid Test to fly and the turnaround was very impressive!
