It’s very effective at making me stop doom scrolling!

Honestly gets you off your phone and more kkengaged in the “real” world.

I can see the benefits of this app already. It’s helping me build awareness for how often I mindlessly look at my phone. I’m hoping to break from it and make more art.

Awesome job

I did not think this would be as efficient as it was. It literally cut my screen time in HALF. I highly recommend to anyone seriously. It really does help you be more present !!! 10000/10

It’s a very well thought out and intentional app. The reminder alone when it pops up when it’s time to be present and choosing to accept is me choosing to be present instead of on my phone. I want to I don’t want to hit unlock. It’s helping break the cycle of always have my phone on me and constantly checking it. Also at a price I can justify and afford . Often app I’ve wanted; I can’t really afford bc it’s extra. But this one was at a cost I could actually afford.

I’m using my phone less and noticing more. I’m learning I go to my phone anytime I’m uncomfortable or frustrated instead of just dealing with it and moving on. Well designed app and I like the widget.

This app is really showing me how addicted I am to my phone. Be Present is really making me focus on things outside of the internet. It’s sad that I need an app to help but also I’m so grateful to get my time back.
