The app helped me keep stay off of my phone when I would study or do my assignments. Slightly restricting the social media apps helped me out the most.

I’ve only been using it for 4 days but my screen time has drastically reduced. I feel myself WANTING to put my phone down and say no to opening an app. If you’re serious about getting away from your phone this will test you and if you are serious you will see the changes in screen time 🙏🏽

Very easy to get used to not playing games when I get into bed at night with the app set up by my son.

I’m surprised at how quickly something so simple has an impact. Really effective. Annoying that it’s so expensive, but it’s a great tool.
