Very lovely

So far, it’s working…which is something that I haven’t been able to accomplish on my own (staying off my phone). Winning!

I’ve been testing out Be Present to see how well it can reduce my screen time. I’ve been surprised how well it’s working for me. It has several layers of blocking access (over which I have control) and it puts up enough reminder and hinderance to apps I over use that I stop using them and I am more present. It’s boosting my awareness of how frequently I want to open stupid alls like FB. I plan to have my daughter try it as well

It’s a great app and it’s definitely made me doomscroll less but I’m just to broke for it

Everything about the app is wonderful and it helped me establish a pattern outside using my phone, I even stopped subconsciously reaching for my phone like before! The only thing is that I wish there was a free option with maybe less features but I'm sad knowing that k can't use tha pp without paying
