BepresentappReviews of bepresentapp.com

Excellent app for shutting off your phone apps and becoming present more often. It’s crazy to think about how much I stare at my phone even when the social media apps are disabled

To be honest I didn’t think this would help but it has made a big difference!

Its working!

BePresent is really helping me to stay off my phone

So far so good

Wonderful idea! We all need this.

I like the beast mode.

It reminds you every time you are opening an app if you actually want to open it and check this with other indicators like screen time and opening times for selected apps and all this displayed in a nice way.
