Ordered earrings and they arrived broken. Emailed the company and they said they would mail a replacement. I asked for my money back. No replacement. They now say the earrings are out of stock. I asked again for my money to be refunded. Two days and no answer yet... poor customer service. Poor communication. I will be contacting the Better business bureau.

Hello, I have placed an order on Thursday 24th August 2020, the money has been taken from my account, however, I have not even received a confirmation email of any sort...? I have tried contacting through the “ticket” system, however, not had a response on that yet! Read reviews and appears replies are better on this than the ticket system. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Total scam. Recurring charges not authorized. When disputed they immediately charge you again.

I recieved the necklace I ordered but they tacked on a free trial of some service that I have no idea how to access or what it even is. Sure enough the "free trial" automatically renewed for $12.95 and navigating their site to try to cancel is a nightmare. Also, instead of "You are my sunshine" the necklace said "Keep f***ing going". Do not buy from these people as their products can be found elsewhere for cheaper.

I ordered a necklace from Beemission and I loved it. Initially. Now, the gold colouring has come off and it no longer looks like a proper bee. I can only have worn it less than 20 times, so this is really disappointing, especially given the price! I have just seen online that I could have paid £1.26 for this item on Ali Express, not the £30+ I did pay. To say I'm angry is an understatement. BeeMission should be struck off! DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!!!

Never got the necklace and their response was that UPS must've lost the necklace somewhere on my property... I use a PO box

Ordered a necklace about seven weeks ago. After two weeks, I got a shipping confirmation. OK! So far, so good. Followed the tracking of the item as it was sent to Canada. I don't live in Canada. I have never lived in Canada. Contacted their help desk and got several vague emails that didn't answer my question but kept reminding me there was a pandemic and slower shipping. I was already aware of that. Most recently they finally said they were moving their product to a different warehouse and that as soon as their merch got there, they'd ship another necklace to me and that if the first one arrived I could keep it too. I'M NEVER GETTING MY ORDER, AM I?

It's been 3 weeks still have not gotten my 2 item's every time I email them I get the run around or some automated email very unhappy
