I switched over after years of headaches from dealing with Bank of America (the straw that broke the camel's back was charging a fee to use BoA ATMs). Support has always been able to help me with whatever I need, and they are very transparent about changes. A+++!

I love BECU! I have referred many others already and cannot recommend them enough. I appreciate the ease of use, speed of service and not only are there no fees, my money earns money!

Always has great loan rates! Only negative is there is only two branches that have 2 tellers that have cash

I had a great experience with a new car loan I just got. I have been a member with BCU for a long time and really have never had any negative experiences whatsoever. I had so much help this time and I want to thank David Sessions so much for all his help in finalizing my deal. He was so helpful and so pleasant, I’ll can’t say enough good things. He helped me every step of the way and made sure that I understood everything that he was talking about. So I think he definitely needs to be considered for bigger and better things!!! Thank you again David and Jonathan Wynn, sooo much for all that you did for me!!😄😄
