My experience was great. I receive a refund after forgetting to add my discount to my order!

I accidentally placed an order and emailed to cancel. They were very quick to get back to me and cancelled without any problems. I really appreciate their understanding and kindness.

First off this is hands down the BEST curling irons for people who struggle with wands and normal irons. Its quick, easy, and so great when you're in a rush! I am typically the friend who does all of the hair so this has been a blessing to give to my friends as gifts... and saves me time too;) The customer service team is the ABSOLUTE BEST! Hands down the quickest, nicest, and most helpful in a company that I have ever experiences. Hands down give the company a 10/10 all around<3

Darlene was amazing from the initial phone call to the several emails we exchanged. Darene walked me through the process needed to return the just received Beachwaver rotating curling iron that would not turn on. I am not computer savy to say the least, but Darlene was patient, kind, polite and knowledgeable. The call was one 5/15/23 and the emails were 5/15/23 and 5/16/23. Kudo to Darlene and to your customer service department for hiring people like her! Thank you Darlene!!!! I'd just like to say, things happen and I'm looking forward to receiving a one!

Bought a curling wand for my daughter, and she loves it! After 5 months, we had an issue with a product defect. My daughter really loves this product, so I contacted customer service. They honored their warranty and made it a smooth process, giving me no hassle at all. After this experience, we will definitely buy more products from this company. Great product, great service!
