I had a missing package, how ever the customer service was very helpful and investigate the issue and sent a replacement!! I’m looking forward to use the product!!

I recently purchased a Beachwaver B1, and it has been working great! In that past with other curlers, it would take me close to and hour to do my entire head, just for it to fall out in an hour. Now that I have started using a Beachwaver, it stays on all day, even without hairspray!

I am blown away by the customer service! I had ordered a bundle special that shipped separately but some of it never got delivered - I reached out with my order and shipping information and what I received/didn’t receive and they were so kind and got it fixed right away! So many companies want to go back and forth and play e-mail tag for days but once they reviewed my order, they took care of it on their end.

I called today to check status on my order and Darlene was very helpful. You are lucky to have a representative like her.

Jessica was amazing customer service top-notch I explained my problem. She was so accommodating to me and understanding and now I will be getting a total refund. I have to say the girl that I talk to you a couple of days ago was not that way at all and I was very upset with the company but thanks to Jessica taking the time to listen to me. I am getting my money back for a product that I just can’t use so with that being said, thank you again Jessica for your outstanding customer service
