Easy to order filters
Easy to order (swim spa filters) but expensive shipping charges and took a week to receive

The ordering and delivery went well
The ordering and delivery went well, what I don’t care for is how quickly these cushions start to ooze the coating into my hot tub. This is my third one is 5 years and the only reason the last one lasted is because I wrapped it in Saran Wrap. I had sent a similar complaint last time but I. Am sure the negative reviews get ignored.

Got everything I needed
Got everything I needed, only improvement would have been information on delivery schedule. Money withdrawn but product not received for three + weeks. Had to call to get status.

Good service ,high shipping costs
very easy to find what I needed and arrived on time but the shipping prices are crazy. As much as I like the products and ease of shopping I will still look elsewhere for cheaper prices .
