The shipping was great and the helmet seems top notch so far! My complaint is that I had a question and called. After waiting for quite a while I got sent to an answering machine. They said to leave your name/number and someone would call you back. I never received a call back.

Shipping was fast and helmet looks solid. Rated 4 stars because this is listed as “FDE” but the helmet I got was more of a light sand color.

Shipping was fast, even with USPS screwing up I still had my items in about a week. The product seems to be well built and it fits properly. My only concern is that I do not see the product listed on the NIJ certification list.

Great product, the helmet cover fits my fast helmet perfectly, shipped next day and was using it within a week at work! Only improvement would be to include a couple Velcro tabs as Army helmets aren't issued with Velcro.

Helmet feels very high quality out of the box and feels nice and sturdy. I switched out the stock suspension system for an ops core. The Arc rails provided with the helmet are incompatible with my adapters for my headset and I need new arc rails

Ordered a black Gen 2 helmet that said it would ship in 24 hours. A week went by and I had no shipping info for it. Emailed customer service who kinda got confused as to what I was talking about since I had 2 separate orders on the same day. Finally got a reply when I messaged their Instagram explaining the situation. My helmet is back ordered until the end of the month. I would’ve liked to have known that. But it’s OK. I can wait for something I really want.

The gen 2 ballistic helmet is good for a great price, but it took many months to ship and I did not see tracking information for it. Customer service was very responsive, but the estimates of shipping time were much less than the true shipping time.

Finally received my helmet this morning and it is simply awesome! The fit and adjustability are fantastic, just as anticipated. My only criticism was the extreme lead time and missing 3 ‘shipping deadlines’ before receiving the order. Suppose I can attribute this to the supply chain issues created by the current administration and not to Ballistic Armor Co.. Bottom line, great product and would recommend to anyone.
