My dog was hesitant about the treats texture at first. After she tasted it, she loved it. The nuggets are small for her size so I just give her several. She gobbles them down willfully. I realize all products have a "settling" factor, but a couple of the bags had a bit of powdery crumbs. So I simply used it as a topper for her meals. I would recommend a variety pack so she could have a change-up once in a while. She's a finicky eater and like humans, relishes a variety of tastes. I'm so glad you made a product for animals that is healthy without all the toxins.

Bodie dove right in which considering it was dry dog food impressed me. I usually add a little bit of canned food to make it more appealing but, he didn't even miss it with Badlands. The only thing I don't like is when you get to the bottom of the bag, its all crumbs.

I started by mixing Badlands with his old food to get him started but he picked out his favorite right from the start. Yes. He hasn’t looked back since. Badlands it is! He loves it.

My male Vizsla, just 5 years old, is doing great by supplementing his diet with Badlands. He's had fewer digestive problems, and he is eating 1/2 the amount of Buffalo blue dry food he had been using as the bulk of his diet. So no negative impacts, just doing great. Of course, he prefers to eat when I do, so I prepare his meals first. But he has already finished his smaller meals before MY OWN meal is ready.....I may have to switch who gets fed first in the future!

My dog loves the food. I haven’t noticed any changes in her health or coat, etc. She doesn’t particularly like the beef liver treats. Customer Service has been very responsive.

My dog (recent timid adoptee) has never eaten both meals/day we feed (am/pm). She weighs about 12 pounds so I might have been feeding too much. However, she has only turned down the Badlands Ranch beef once since we started. I have decreased the amount to accommodate her reluctance to eat and because she has started gaining weight recently. She was very thin when we got her - so we are trying to reach a good ratio to keep her weight optimal. We have a vet visit this coming week, so hopefully I'll know if she's getting enough or not. We are actually quite happy with your brand of food. Smells real, just like beef and our picky eater loves it.

Rusty my almost 1 year old Goldendoodle really likes the food. He is a picky eater so happy he likes it.

My Mila is so fussy(spoiled). I was really shocked when she gobbled it up. Also when my families visited with their dogs I gave them some on their food and they all loved it. Great product so far so good. My dog seems to be a little energetic and seems to have lost a pound or 2. I still give her some other things with badlands,I am slowly weaning off some of the others.
