I rarely leave 5 star reviews, I have a very high standard when it comes to on-line services + experiences. That said - I give Backflip a top rating because it was just that - fast, convenient and the customer service/communication was extremely responsive. The $$$ offers on my items were fair market value and I got paid in 24 hours. It's SO much easier than having to do it on your own (like on ebay, or poshmark types of reselling platforms)

It was very suspicious at first with the idea of someone coming and taking your valuable electronics but i'm glad i took the chance after seeing the reviews! The driver was very friendly and made me feel comfortable giving him my box of old stuff. I got an offer the same day when i expected it the following day! I cannot believe this service exists. I saw an ad online, went to their website, scheduled a pickup time and boom Backflip was at my door picking up my old household items I wasn't using anymore. AND I got paid within 24 hours! It was so easy. I have now used this service three times and Backflip never fails to disappoint!
