Our company recently went through a name change and needed to update our account, along with a few other items. Alexandria was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and made everything easy to navigate. We truly appreciated her quick communication and friendly attitude. Great customer service from start to finish!

They're always ready to help facilitate the process of receiving payment from our customers. They will be proactive in finding any potential problems and will fix them before they're even there. Alexandria Murdock and her team has been great in taking care of our account!

The emails I get are always received at the same time every day, which helps me plan my day around taking payments. The links always work and when a "card" gets rejected, we get a paper check sent to us. My responsibilities have become much less stressful since I do not have to worry about the majority of our payments.
