I am changing my rating from 1 to 4. its not because all of a sudden the item work for me. But because this company stands behind its products. I bought the product gave it a try and it did not work for me. It might had been the rats were no interested in the item or that there is a lot of food around for them and the chocolate lure was not getting there attention. Regardless the reason. the company refunded me . It might work for others. I felt confident to buy a product from this company knowing they stand behind their product or money back guarantee,.

Excellent product, easy website. Shipping across country to a rural area takesa good long time, but so it goes. Very responsive to customer needs.

Automatic Trap Co. Best Eco-Friendly trap on the market. I’ve been useing Automatic Trap A24 for a few months now, and I would have to say, “the best humane trap on the market”. Very reliable and easy to use straight out of the box. Durable plastic casing design holds up under rugged use out doors. No dangerous poison to harm pets Pros: Easy to use. No harm to wildlife or the environment. Light weight but rugged and durable. Cons: High in cost No variety in bait No security box available Our Opinion: Automatic Trap Co is leading the way for home owners and companies to have alternatives to rodenticides. With technology growing more everyday, Automatic Trap is offering safer alternatives to common rodent problems.

Excellent trap. Very inovative, rugged and well designed. My only problem with the trap and why i gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the chocolate lure included was not effective at all for me. Rats and mice wanted nothing to do with it. Changed my bait and had great results. Thanks alot automatic Trap Company!

Good company. I am not sure if this is supposed to be a review of the company or the product. The trap has not caught as many rats as I had hoped, but it may be I need a different bait, or better placement. The chocolate bait does not seem to attract them as much as I had hoped.

Haven’t caught anything but in a way it lets me know there may not be a problem with rodents cause the counter confirms no kills. The build quality is top notch. If I’d had one activation I’d given 5 stars.

The trap works great but the bait is expensive and the effectiveness of it wears off quickly.

Hi Karl, Thanks for the feedback. Have you tried installing our DIY Lure Basket? With the DIY basket, you can any type of lure you choose. This is particularly handy when your trapping area is conditioned to certain food sources. Check it out on our site: https://cart.automatictrap.com/products/diy-lure-baskets If you have any questions I would be happy to reach out directly via email.
