Excellent tech support!

Exceptional service! Very quick customer support.

The technician understood my problem and solved it for me very quickly.

I had an issue with having to delete programs before the new version of Microsoft Word could be installed but my computer is too old to use the 2024 edition. The technition installed the version that is compatible and I will have access to the new version whenever I need it in the future, I deeply appreciate his help.

My experience was very satisfying, professional, and Charles was very patient.

Steve did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and took care of everything for me.

Excellent technical help, it went quick and accurate .

I got what I was asking for so I am happy with what was done. Gary did well so I am glad to have the programs working again.
