I found an error on my policy and she fixed everything, in an efficient amount of time. She was courteous and professional. I am very happy and would definitely continue my service with Bolt and recommend to others. Thank you.

I called AssureStart for a quote on small business insurance at a new location. They were not my first call, but they were the first company that did more than ask the necessary questions to fill out a form. Pauline made me feel like she truly wanted to understand my business. She asked great questions and even looked at my website and the website for the new location! In a time of online quotes in 15 minutes or less, I was very pleased to find AssureStart and actual customer care!
