I agreed to pay a $1 charge to be able to talk to a tech person. The tech could not answer my question or help me in any way. I found my credit card was charged $55 for a total of $56 for no help at all. Today I contacted ASKTECHSUPPORT about an added charge of $55 this month, and to be charged every month. Communicating on their chat page they said I would need to pay again to chat with someone to stop payments. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!!

This is a scam! Always review your credit card statements very carefully for recurring charges.

Scammers acting like they work for Meta. They ask if you want customers support via phone or electronic. I said phone and they asked me to pay $1 fee that will be refunded to me. I noticed something was wrong and closed the chat. I tried to reach-out again and it blocked me.

I attempted to pay the $1 fee to get started with this service on a card that I keep a very minimal amount of money on. it was declined because this company attempted to take $55 instead of the $1 they said they were initially charging. They are scammers but this time the joke was on them. I have blocked them from any further attempts on the card used

I stupidly clicked for help when my Ipad froze and got some guy who suggested everything that Apple already suggested. It was only supposed to cost $1.00 but my credit card was charged $66.00, but the point is I already tried everything the guy from AskTech suggested and nothing worked so I actually paid him for nothing.
