I was able to get my concerns answered
I was able to get my concerns answered. It is always nice to have access to medical advice when you need it. I usually cannot contact my doctor after the clinic has closed.

Dr Ahmed response.
Dr. Ahmed answered all my questions. I do wish it could have been over the phone but we could not connect. But I got my answers so that's all that counts!!

I felt heard
Quick responses, great follow up questions- I felt more heard as a patient here then I do with an IRL doctor, I appreciated the given guidance on what to do next and what questions I can ask my own providers. Very helpful, very good advice.
