There is no locking mechanism on the toilet

Was a little frustrated trying to receive a refund due to a weather cancellation. Somethings are just out of people’s control and it would make your company not seem so ruthless if those facts were put into consideration. I don’t think people sit around and think about calling companies to set up contracts knowing they are going to cancel them for fun. Most times it is an emergency and a tough situation for the customer. Then to be faced with the idea that you could have potentially lost your company money due to a company policy which could potentially effect your job, is concerning as well.

The restroom trailer was really nice and significantly better than a standard port-a-pot unit for our wedding. The only reason I didn't mark them as 4 stars is because after I was quoted the price, they added $500 on top of it because the trailer was located farther away than they expected. That shouldn't have been my problem. Ultimately I conceded and paid the extra money because I really needed the restroom setup for my daughter's wedding on our property. They didn't let me know in time to evaluate other companies and pick a different unit. They were helpful otherwise although I was really worried they were not going not goign to show up because they didn't arrive until 6:30 pm the day before the wedding. Still the trailer was really nice so 4 stars.

The port o potty arrived a week early so I was concerned that they messed up the date. Had to call and talk to someone about it and the lady was very friendly. Overall the service was great.

Easy site to request a unit

Besides it being delivered 3 days early and no place to put a lock on it, everything qas great.

Was a wonderful experience the porta potty was clean just didn’t have splash guard or deodorizer but everything else was awesome !!!

I have a note to them put it on my drive way, they didn’t put as I asked. So I got not really satisfied.
