Why do you ask people to keep doing these things. The last time you asked me to do a survey to get a $5 coupon. I took the time to do your survey and by the time I received and opened the E- mail it was expired. Really only good for a couple of days Why bother?

I will be sending back a red ink cartridge that was no good It wouldn't even go into the slot so I opened another one and that one slid right into it like it was suppose to. I want a replacement cartridge for the one I am sending back. It is a Magenta one I checked the other and I also have a Cyan one with the same numbers on and none of the numbers match what is on the ones that go for my printer MFC-J435W. So I will be sending these 2 back and want the correct ones that go to my printer On the ones I got that fit into my printer has ex: B-LC12/40/71/73/75C Below that are B-LC400/1220/1240C These went right in as they were suppose to but the Magenta one wouldn't fit so I am also sending back the Cyan one with the same numbers on it as the other one. I want them replaced with the right ones. TY Trish Cardwell 717 E Washington Ave Elmira, NY 14901

I had expected to get a $5.00 discount on my recent order because I had qualified for it. But I did not receive it.

Hello, thank you for your review. The $5 discount was offered to those who took our survey, and required a coupon to be entered at checkout. We see that you may have forgotten to use the coupon, but since you notified us we retroactively issued you a refund for $5 on Nov 24th and emailed you back same day to notify you of such (in reply to your email from Saturday Nov 22nd). Perhaps you never received our email reply from Monday Nov 24? Please check on your credit card statement as the credit was posted on Nov 24th, around 1 week prior to this review.

What a mess we had with the recent return. It never would have happened but my husband got caught up in the multiple(s) discount and ordered a lot of cartridges for a printer that then died. Sam kept reminding us to ship the return, which was fine. We put the RA# on the box as requested. Then I ordered 2 cartridges for the new printer and we were charged! When I emailed about it, I was told you knew nothing about us, or our return. And, I was asked, did we fill out the form. WHAT FORM? I asked. No response. I want a refund to my AmEx now and also found 2 more cartridges that we need to return.

I realize you moved to So Cal but it still should only take one day to receive my shipment to Nor Cal. I have been a customer since you were in Rocklin and the shipping then was super fast. No longer is this the case. One of the sensors fell off one of the cartridges and I had to find it and put it back on. Luckily it worked. This was after ink flying everywhere when I pulled the tape off the cartridges. I actually had to do it in the sink as to contain it. All of my invoices depending on this ink so I could get paid from my clients so needless to say I was none too pleased. I have been a customer for years and for the first time I'm considering looking elsewhere for my printer needs.

Not much else to tell. I received an email with a link on things to try but have not yet been able to make it work. I realize that sometimes things get through the manufacturing process with an imperfection. I just want a color cartridge that works. It isn't your fault, it isn't my fault. I can send the cartridge back along with the used black cartridge for remanufacturing if you would like. Let me know. thanks. J.R. Jones 615-934-0917
