This a TERRIBLE company!!!
This a TERRIBLE company!!!! They have a terrible shipping department, whoever prepares the items for shipping does a really bad job. I ordered the oil/vinegar dispenser and received it the first time in 1,000 pieces as it was put in some thin bubble wrap and then tossed into a thin envelope. I told them about it, they shipped another one to me. It came in worse shape then the 1st. I complained and have heard nothing from them, no offer to replace, no money back, NOTHING! I would NEVER order anything fro this company.

International Manufacturing & Shipping
The original order a Cat Picture arrived dented, bent edges, warped. Mailed back to LA., CA. customer service. Second order arrived packaged well but international manufacturer distorted Cat Picture, phrasing on picture scrambled, Cat Picture changed and darker background, Font different thickness. Returning to customer service for management review! I will give 5 Stars to customer service for their continual support trying to solve the problem, and refund of money.

Hi Barry, I'm very sorry that this order did not work out. I can see that your first cat picture arrived damaged. You requested a replacement, which was sent to you, but the replacement was different than the first picture. You then requested a refund which was processed for you as per your request. I'm happy to hear that you give our customer service 5 Stars, and that your order was promptly refunded. I'd like to also add that this picture is no longer being sold, and has been removed from ArtZMiami.

Starting to wonder if I have been…
Starting to wonder if I have been scammed. Placed an order 2 weeks ago and got 3 tracking numbers. But neither of the 3 tracking numbers are traceable. Only says not found….I keep getting emails about delivery updates and that I can check, however it is not possible to click those links nor see any info about any delivery status…Feels fishy so let’s see what/if customer service responds.

In your review you wrote that you ordered from us 2 weeks ago, but we could not find a customer with the name Marie P in the last 2 months. If you sent an email to our customer service, they normally reply within 24 hours. If you didn't receive a reply, please check your spam folder. Aufpassen beim bestellen!!! Gleichrichter Produkte im Netz für einem Bruchteil gefunden.... deren Versand kommt aus China!!!! Vor Bestellung nicht ersichtlich.... Finger weg.

Overpriced
Aliexpress marked up! Very disappointing packaging and products. Avoid at ALL costs! Clock doesn’t work. Order details now provided.

I bought a painting but got a poster
I bought a painting but got a rolled up poster. On the poster there even was a pricetag of 23 euro, and i gave like 140 euro. Big scam stay away

DO NOT BUY from this company
DO NOT BUY from this company. They send you 12 newsletters a day, but it is impossible to track your order on their website or on the delivery company’s website. “Tracking number does not exist”. They claim the package should be received within 5-15 business days, but it is not the case. I have emailed them multiple times and the responses have been generic if not entirely automated. I have been waiting on my piece for a month now and I’m not even sure the item has been sent at all.

I checked the tracking on your order, and can see that your order was delivered, and I'm sorry that it took longer than usual for your package to arrive. I hope you love the item that you ordered. I do see that you are still subscribed to our newsletters, and we are thankful for that. We certainly do Not send 12 newsletters a day. We send 3 newsletters per week, and each one has an unsubscribe link. All of our orders have tracking numbers which are trackable. I'm not sure why Italian Post was unable to track your package. Maybe they were having a temporary issue with their tracking. I can see that you emailed us three times, inquiring about your order. Each time, someone from our Customer Service Team replied. The replies were not automated and were specific answers to your questions. One time you asked why your order number did not exist on our website, and you sent a screen shot showing the order number that you used, was not our order number. Our rep replied to you with the correct order number. The two other times you asked for shipping updates, and our rep provided you with shipping updates.

There is no way these reviews are real
There is no way these reviews are real! This business is a total scam! The product I ordered took six week to arrive. It’s the quality of a cheap kids toy. They never answer the phone and it takes three days to get a reply to an email. Do yourself a favor and do not shop here!!!

If you feel any review is fake, please report it to Trustpilot and they will do a thorough investigation, and remove any fake reviews. I checked the tracking on your order, and can see that your order was delivered, and I'm sorry that it took longer than usual for your package to arrive. I'm also sorry that you don't like the item that you received. We do have a 30 day refund policy which allows our customers to return orders for a refund. We sell a lot of the item that you bought, and I have to say, it's extremely rare that we our customers don't love it. But of course beauty is in the eye of the beholder, as they say. We reply to emails that are sent to our customer service department, within 1 business day. You sent us nine emails in total. Our customer service reps replied to each of your emails on the same day, or on the next business day. I'm sorry you were not happy with our response times. We also do our best to answer our phones during normal business hours. I'm sorry if we missed your call.
