Randi, we’re sorry you were disappointed with parts of your order. The six frames were ordered in different sizes, and the hanging hardware specified for each frame varied accordingly; those details were shown on the product pages, during checkout, and in the order confirmation. We haven’t found any prior correspondence regarding missing hardware or the frame you described as damaged, so please email your order number and clear photos of any affected frame to [email protected] and we’ll be happy to review it.

Oscar, we’re sorry the original frame arrived shattered and that the replacement process took longer than it should have. Your replacement was entered on September 9 and is currently estimated to arrive on September 17. We hope it reaches you in perfect condition and finally gives you the experience you should have had from the start.

Melanie, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the frame didn’t meet your expectations for your matted artwork and that the return cost felt frustrating. For safety during shipping, we are unable to ship glass in frames larger than 16x20. Since your order was 28x34, the system and order confirmation correctly specified acrylic glazing instead of glass to ensure it could be safely delivered without breakage. This is one of our top-selling standard profile frames and is designed to accommodate multiple mats, acrylic glazing, and foam backing. With a 1.25" width, 0.75" height, and 0.5" rabbet depth, it is a very standard frame profile suitable for most matted framing projects. As an alternative to returning the order, our team also reached out offering a gift card as a resolution option, but we did not receive a response. We would still be happy to honor that option if it helps resolve the situation for you. We’d still like to review your order and the communication around the return in detail.
