I believe this was a scam and they never intended to ship my item. It took me 7 weeks to get a refund. Even then it was thanks to PayPal as the seller was ignoring my requests.

Bought the magnetic chess game. It took months to arrive then the game looked nothing like the advert or even the box. I have approached them for a refund and they have refuse!!

This looks like a scam company - beware! I purchased a magnetic chess game via FB advert. The first concern was they debited my PayPal account by £3.80 more than the invoice - not much, but nevertheless it is not right. I received tracking/shipping details (for a shipping company I’ve never heard of) , which was ‘updated’ every week. Six weeks later, still no product and the tracking information has not been updated for two weeks. The item seems stuck in Edinburgh. I’ve chased several times, and just get automated responses saying I need to chase the shipping company. You go to the shipping company and they advise to go back to the seller! I have raised a dispute with PayPal, though that just mediates messages with the company! Not happy!

Like many many others I thought I was buying from a local company at the end of October following an ad on Facebook. Received tracking a day or 2 after to say the item was shipping from Nemphis USA (yes that spelling). Realised they had taken more from my PayPal than was on my invoice as others have noted. Since then it has apparently been to all sorts of places including customs and is sat in Belfast...I do not believe the tracking or that this is a reputable company. Have filed a dispute with PayPal 11Dec - the PayPal dispute spurred them into action. Boxes arrived all in Chinese

This Company is a complete rip off, ordered magnetic game in October and goods have been in Birmingham since November. Email chases sent and standard response sent stating goods will arrive shortly. DO NOT waste your money with this bunch of thieves

I have been scammed with trying to purchase the magnetic game through Facebook. Delivery is supposed to be 15 days and it has currently been over 40days. I have asked for a refund on 4 separate emails and they just reply to wait a little longer. How can I get my money back?

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. That is all. No delivery, rubbish customer contact forms, rubbish. Don’t waste any money or time on them. Would give zero stars if I could, one is too generous
